Whilst La Casa Vecchia makes every effort to ensure that the site is up to date and accurate, we cannot give any warranty that this is the case. La Casa Vecchia expressly excludes liability for loss or damage arising from your use of this site (except in the case of death or personal injury arising from our negligence).

Licensing
Act 2003
La Casa Vecchia is licensed under the licensing act 2003 for the sale by retail of alcohol, and the provision of entertainment during authorised hours as detailed upon the license document. The company has appointed Ms Hazel Warr as the designated premises supervisor [DPS]. Under the licensing Act 2003 the management reserve the right to refuse entry or service to anyone.
Health
Act 2006
Under the above act it will become illegal to smoke in most public places in England, including this building from 1st July 2007. All customer, visitors and staff are kindly requested to not smoke on these premises after this date; however the company may decide to go “smoke-free” earlier to allow for a transition period. Terms
& Conditions
All menus, offers, dishes and prices are subject to availability and therefore we reserve the right to change or alter the menu or any part of it at any time without prior notice. Menus available on our website are correct at time of posting, however are for information purposes only. All prices include VAT at 17.5%, service charge is always at your discretion however a discretionary service charge of 10% is added for parties of six or more. All gratuities are shared out between all floor staff.
Although our best efforts are made, all of our dishes may contain traces of nuts; and although we try our best we cannot guarantee that our dishes do not contain GM products. Please take care when eating fish as it may contain bones and also be careful, as all plates & dishes are liable to be very hot.
Payment is accepted by cash, American Express Travellers Cheques (GBP Sterling only) cheque with bankers card and all major Credit, Debit & Charge cards including American Express & Diners Club International. Please help us combat fraud by providing further Identification if asked.
